Outstanding!

Geysir Car Rental were great to deal with. Picking up the car was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and nice to deal with. The car was great. We also had no problems returning the car. I would highly recommend Geysir.

The car supplied was a Toyota Yaris rather than a Renault Clio, but we were very happy with the car. Picking up the car was very quick, as was dropping off the car.

On arrival at the car rental office I was given a free upgrade. The upgraded car was brilliant and the service we got was very professional. Booking the car was very straight forward and easy. I would definitely recommend booking through northbound!!

Thank you Northbound for helping my group and I with our disorderly situation @ Geyser Car Rental. As the rental place wasn't of much help, mixed our rentals, etc., we called the site we booked through (which happened to be Northbound), and they immensely helped our situation by doing all of the organizing of the situation on their own. Thank you so much team, without you, our trip wouldn't have been as great as it was! Thank you!

My general experience with Northbound was really good. As none of our group had a credit card to secure a car rental we couldn't find a company which would allow us to use a debut card until we came across Northbound who allowed us to use cash as the deposit in case of any damages and the rest paid by a debit card. The live chat service on their website was simple to use and allowed me to communicate effectively with a member of the team to answer all my queries and reassured me that this was fine. Details were sent through via email quickly and all their terms and conditions were easily stated to avoid us missing any thing in the agreement.

Excellent

I appreciated the option for different pickup and dropoff location. The communication, the service in the office, and the car itself was all good. There were some small issues (like the fuel gauge did not show full right after filling up), but the staff was helpful and fair.

We had a great experience renting here, we missed our flight and we had no trouble with having to move our booking. Everything was explained clearly and a great feature of Geysir they do not require a credit card, just deposit! The car was returned with out any hassle!
