Good

Experience was good. Had to wait a bit long when we arrived as there was only one attendant. After travelling for a day and arriving at 0230 at night you don't want to wait that long. Also was not informed that in Iceland you have to drive with lights on all day. We had cars blinking lights at us till we realized this. Car was in good condition however too rusty considering that we bought so expensive insurance.

Good

Long wait for the bus and long wait at reception, less service than traditional car rental companies but I suppose that is why the price was better. The car was OK although with lots of dents or scratches well registered at the beginning so that had no influence on our trip. It is good if you focus on the price.

Fine

Fair. My biggest complaint is the long wait we experienced after we landed waiting for them to show up. We then had to drive 15 minutes offsite to get the car. There was only one person working when we got there. Fortunately we were first in line to get the rental but the people behind us had to wait. There was also a wait when we dropped the vehicle off. The car itself was clean and fine.
