Outstanding!

The vehicle we got on pickup was a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV which served us really well even though we didn't have a chance to charge the car during our rental. We made over 3000km during our stay and didn't have any problems. Pickup and dropoff went as expected. One thing we noticed a day after pickup when it started raining was that one of the windshield vipers was torn at the end which didn't affect us much.

Excellent

Experience was overall really good woth the car. Our brakes began making a sound towards the later part of our rental though.

Good

The car was in good condition. Personnel gave precise instructions. The pick up service from the airport was very late based on the fact that we gave our flight arrival time (over 45 min). The instructions to drop off the car can improve as the address that is on the instructions do not match google maps.

Hi We had to call to hear where the meeting person in the airport was, as there in our papers stood we was met by a person from the company. Think you have to work with the team in check in at your office. Their service is needed to be upgraded

Very Good

The car was perfect and had no problems. The rear wiper was broken and wrapped in tape which no one seemed to notice when I picked up the car so it was a small problem with all the rain and the service person who checked it before I left did not notice it and she was the same person who inspected it after and thought that I broke the wiper. That was the only glitch.
