We were given a Ford Cuga instead of the Hyundai. When we first picked up the car, we saw that it was older and had over 150,000 miles on it. No problem- the car ran fine. The one problem with it was the front passenger door was slightly bent- creating a space between the door and the frame. It generated quite a bit of wind noise until we discovered that if we stuck a dish rag in the crack - it would take care of most of the noise. We identified the problem when we picked up the car to your rep who went over the car with us- he said it was "no problem". I asked him about another car and he kinda laughed me off. I assumed from his attitude that he had no intention of giving us a different car- so we took the car. I know that the car was advertised as a 4x4 but no way that car is fording anything. Not high enough clearance. We did take it up several F roads and it did fine- except for the wind and dust that got thru the gap.

Good company, good car. Car had proper 4x4 tyres, not just M+S road tyres.

+ Great car that did everything it should. Low Diesel usage which is a plus. No problems just the tire pressure sign lit up a day after being on gravel but no big deal. The Dacia Duster is quite spacey for two people so that works. The personal contact with Icerental 4x4 was excellent and they let us keep the car for some hours longer which was amazing. Recommended - (minor points) Had to wait ~25 minutes at pick-up because they shuttled 7 people to get there cars from the airport at once. (At the airport I waited just for 5 minutes. The roof tent is too small for 2 tall people. I guess it is 180cm. My brother slept in the tent, I slept in the trunk (seats folded away)

Absolutely perfect. Great car a couple or two friends. The service from Icerental 4x4 was outstanding. Could not have asked for a better rental car provider for our 10 days. They also pick you up and bring you to the airport smoothly. Perfect service. Thank you!!
