Outstanding!

Fiat Doblò Maxi is a perfect car. On July 2024 We used it all around Iceland (18 days with an average of 250 km/day). Easy to drive on pavel road too. Space for 3 large suitcases. Comfortable tò sleep.

Overall, I had a great trip and the campervan was in great shape. I was picked up late from the airport and a few things were forgotten to be packed in the campervan (Water container and cooler box). I had to drive back to the car rental area to ask for the items but outside of these initial small issues, the rest of the trip was fantastic. Check out was easy and staff were very kind.

Outstanding!

Nice friendly pickup at the airport. Car in great condition, all as describved. It would be better to have a more formal drop-off process with a final statement sent within a day or two, as other car companies do. Useful if you want a night at a hotel at the end of the rental as their hotel is at the same place.

Sheets of roof tent were a bit dusty. When offering 230v charging cable you could add a campsite adapter plug because the campsites don't have household plugs. Communication was good but could be better. BR

Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us. Upon reaching the car rental area, there was no sign of Konvin and nobody had hear of them. After a few phone calls with no response we finally got through.The young girl had come to pick up 2 other people and was surprised that we were there. This first part of our experience has to be improved. the car was good. At this time we booked a return trip to the airport for 4 or 4;30 a.m. sat ,pickup, as our plane was to leave at 7;30 At the hotel there was no one we waited and finally had the hotel get us a taxi at our expense. We left the keys on their desk and went to the airport. THis cost of 45 eros should be credited to our visa . The middle was good but the ends of this car rental must be fixed. Malcolm Duncan

Excellent

We enjoyed driving this car. It was very comfortable and for the two of us (my son and I), it was a pleasure driving it through the beautiful Icelandic scenery. It also did very well on the F (mountain) roads. The petrol tank is not very large, so be prepared to refuel on a regular basis.

Outstanding!

Enjoyable for a solo traveler. Brand new van with low mileage that exceeded expectations; I may have been the first one to drive it. My third time in Iceland, and prices over the years have considerably increased from the previous company I would rent from. I was amazed to get a substantially lower price for a better/newer quality vehicle from Northbound/Konvin. Customer service was awesome, really friendly people with good local recommendations.
