Konvin Car Rental in Island

Everything was very smooth from the pick up to delivery of the car. They also picked up from the airport and took us back to the airport at the end of the trip. It was all very smooth.

It was ok. It felt a little unfinished. I think the barrier between the front and back should be covered w something. I hit my head on it several times. Was a bit weirded out by the exposed wires as well and wished my sheets had been washed before (they had obviously just come out of the packaging). No rearview mirror or working backup cam also made things tricky. The person picking me up was 30 min late, so I was late to my first scheduled event. That was a bummer. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I visit Iceland quite often and for the car I always try to find a good deal for the type of car that I need and for sure I was very happy with the company. It was my first time renting a car with Konvin and the car was in amazing conditions as well the cleaning. This was the perfect car for our outdoor adventure and it has my trust for in the future, rent from this company again. The service was very good as well the friendly staff so I definitely recommend.

My experience with Northbound was amazing! I rented a car from Konvin and the experience to reserve the car was so easy! They picked me up from the airport to bring me to get my car and they brought me back to the airport. I very much recommend!!

Hybrid was not available when we arrived. Were given a diesel so it ate into my fuel budget more that anticipated.

this felt like a good budget option, but our experience could have been significantly improved with just a few changes -add hooks and hanging wire so we can dry our clothes. there wasn't any place to hang things up -use warmer led light tone. the led lights were too harsh, something more warm like orange would be nicer -add a universal phone mount. there wasn't a good place to hold the phone for directions -always give us at least a full tank of propane for stove. Ours was about 3/4 full and we ran out of propane on the last day -I wished we had 4 knives and 4 spoons, even though it was just 2 people - add a side window in the back area

Assured car model was given the tent was clean and brand-new. The service was great because we said that we were unable to make it on the day of arrival due to flight cancellation and the entire northbound crew and the car rental company ensured that the invoice is adjusted accordingly, and I would definitely recommend anyonethe services from northbound

Well, with northbound everything was very pleasant and worked well. Fast and reliable in comments and advice. As for Konvin. There was no one at the airport picking us up. We had to phone, then the gay showed up and picked us up. This spanish guy from Konvin talking with a very strong spanish accent was not always easy to understand. It took us at least 3 hours to pick up the car! Then only in the last minute we realised that our flight was leaving Tuesdays and not Wednesdays. So we drove as fast as possible to the airport. Rang Konvin to give us a help with droping the car directly at the airport. No way, no helping hand. The spanish guy did for us what he could but no chance that someone poped up. We paied the extracosts for the unfilled tank, the parking extracost. Got the info by now, that they picked up our car at the airport. My shoes still in it. So we'll see wether I get them back or not. The car was quite dirty at the drivers place, wett at the place aside. The dishes were not chequed and cleaned before. The car had a problem with the tire preasure, it seamed to be in it's electronic. We were called by the car system to pump up the tires several times. After the second cheque without really showing a trouble at the tire, we ignored it. Northbound and it s service I'll really recommend. Konvin service and cleanlyness needs improvment.
