Everything was fine. We were picked up after arrival at the Airport and brought pack after delivering the car back. Our car was upgraded without extra costs, because the booked one was out of Order.

Hello, I was very happy with the quality of the car and the organization of the reception with shuttle to the airport and on the return and the kindness of the agents at Konvin. However, I am less satisfied on certain points: - the warning lights for adding AdBlue liquid and for the 25,000 km service (no translation in French or English in the book of vehicle to know what the lights correspond to), I had to go to a garage to ask and finance the AdBlue liquid without reimbursement because no ticket given by the machine - no defroster for the rear windshield !!! - no equipment to remove snow and manually defrost the windshield in the car

Overall a good experience, car is exactly as described. I just paid a small deposit and when I picked it up my balance was exactly what was quoted on the website. It was just confusing that it was listed as GPS included, but maybe the company should disclose it still needs a personal phone network to connect to. I got a fine for a parking ticket I indeed paid and Konvin left me on my own to research and dispute the fine but other than that, I would rent a van there again.

Outstanding!

We drove about 1500km in a week and this car was absolutely perfect for our needs. Traveling with five people and five large suitcases can be challenging, but we had ample space and loading/unloading was a breeze. The rental process was also incredibly efficient, with quick pick-up and drop-off and friendly, helpful staff. The airport transfer service was a huge bonus. We couldn't have been happier with our rental experience!
