The Duster was good and comfortable. No issue with bad tyres etc.

Car has few scratches but in so mountain and rocky country you can not expect anything else. It was fully funtional.

Outstanding!

The Duster was perfect for our Summer trip in Iceland. It was fuel efficient, comfortable and reliable. Lagoon Car Rental was friendly and accommodating when we told them the in car GPS was not working well enough to use.

Outstanding!

Whole process was very straight forward. Pickup/drop off locations were well documented. Lagoon car hire were pleasant and thorough. I’d taken out 3rd party insurance and this was accepted without the hard-sell tactics of some other rental firms. Next time I go to Iceland I would use them again

Our rental vehicle was in excellent working conditions with no mechanical problems. My only negative comment: It was very difficult & frustrating finding the rental office to return the car. I definitely would have preferred the rental to have been preferred to have returned it directly at the airport. And this would be the only reason I would not rebook with Lagoon Rental. Even though not far from the airport, not knowing the area & having been on the road driving for 2 weeks it was very confusing to find the Lagoon office.
