Excellent

Car worked well and had top of the line features; just what we needed. Handled well on the numerous dirt roads we encountered. The only negatives were that the windscreen washer didn't work; we had to resort to pouring our own water on there to clean it. Lots of bug smear in summer, so was a bit annoying. The USB also didn't have ability to charge and for some reason my cigarette lighter power adapter didn't work (I suspect it has failed; the car fuse was ok) so I had to use supplementary battery power.

Outstanding!

First The lady That welcomed us at the counter and took or case was very nice. Everything was fine but we would have liked just a note to tell us how to back up the car and how to change the mirrors. Then everything was fine and lovely, the car made or trip much easier.

We have a few remarks The car had 133000 km it is very much for a rented car. the wipers were completely finished we had to buy new ones. The return process was quite long. The car was ok but there was constant noise from the rear back right drum of the wheel. there was no GPS and there were no map of Iceland.

Excellent

My general experience was very good. The car was in good condition at pick up and performed very well unti the end of our journey of 9 days and more than 2000 kms. I got a warning light about 100 kms before our arrival due to a 4WD misalignment but could finish the journey without any need to require assistance.

Outstanding!

Our experience with Lagoon was great. The representative from Lagoon was at the airport to pick us up as scheduled, getting the vehicle was smooth, and the vehicle was the one we had booked. It was reliable and ran well throughout the trip. Lagoon staff also took the time to make us aware of things like the toll road, which we likely would have missed if we weren't looking for it. The drop off process was smooth, and they got us back to the airport with plenty of time before our flight. Overall a really good experience and we would happily rent from Lagoon again!

Outstanding!

I was pleased by the quality of services of Lagoon Car Rental. We got a bigger car for the same price of the smaller one we ordered, the staff was kind and helpful, the car was in good condition and clean. The shuttle service to KEF was free from the Keflavik office, awesome.
