Excellent

Lagoon car rental service was great. The only feedback I have is that their agent wasn't waiting at the airport to pick us up as stated in the rental confirmation that we received from Northbound. Upon calling Lagoon’s office the agent showed up quickly.

Unfortunately we were picked up 20 minutes late from the airport. The whole was not very friendly. The car already had a lot of miles and was dented and scratched all around. It crashed and squeaked, so you thought it fell apart every moment. But there were problems throughout the holiday thankfully no.

No issues at all. Loved the service and the comms were great. One little thing was we booked through northbound.is and had a 2030 return time which wasn't reflected in the lagoon contract. But a quick phone call to your head office had it sorted in minutes so it was no issue! Airport shuttle drivers were absolutely lovely

Very good service. Booking was easy, prices were very competitive. Best of all, collection of the car was very easy so I was off and away to enjoy my tour in no time.

office staff very friendly and friendly, willing to help. Good pick-up service and transportation to the airport. The car in very good condition. Just add that when picking up the car it would be good to warn of the strict speed limit at 90 km / h because in the rest of Europe we are not used to it and on the road there are few traffic signs that remember it. They put a fine on the first day of 80,000 kr for going to 110 km / h !!!!! It spoiled
