We received the booked car which was brandnew with not even 10.000 km. The service at MyCar was almost perfect. I would have liked more explanations before driving (e.g. we noticed later that there was no cruise control available, which is really necessary in Iceland). I would recommend to organize a pick-up of the clients who arrive with a cruise ship. We were waiting for 0,5 hour in the rain to get a taxi to drive only 2km to the MyCar station.

Fantastic!

Everything went fine – booking (and contact when I realized that I had made a mistake with the booking) as well as the shuttle from and to the airport. The car was nothing fancy but absolutely okay and quite new.

MYCAR was easy to use and very responsive! When I accidentally booked a manual instead of automatic transmission, they were very helpful in changing the booking for me. The prices were also the best I could find in Iceland, and our experience was well worth the money.

Excellent

The car was excellent and was big enough for 4 persons. The only complaint would be that we first got a car, where one tire had no tread left. Thus we had to ask for different car. But that was no problem in the end.
