This is the second time we've rented from Northbound and found the experience exceptional in every way. We were well greeted and outfitted for our adventure to the Westfjords. Hope to make a return trip in the next couple of years and will use Northbound again for our transportation needs.

Pretty smooth. I did receive an email the day before I was to return my camper with instructions to organize my pick up at the airport. Sending an email before the camper pick up would have been helpful. I had a hard time registering what was going to be on the sign at the airport as I got a call just after landing and I was confused as they didn’t say northbound. The poor guy who came to pick me up was standing right in front of me for 10 min because I was looking for a different name on the card. I could see from the email that would have been avoided. I think it would be handy to have a basic instruction sheet about the heater in the car. The attendant showed me but I find when you just get off a plane you can be tired and disoriented and not at your best to pick up the specifics of the instructions. I think a handy sheet or a link to a video in different languages could be really helpful. Tips for using the different heating systems ( electric/deisel), tips about parka app.

Everything was very smooth from the pick up to delivery of the car. They also picked up from the airport and took us back to the airport at the end of the trip. It was all very smooth.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that we’ve had several serious issues with the campervan we rented, and I believe it’s important to share this feedback clearly. First of all, my mother was missing a bottom sheet, and the duvet was dirty. She had to wash it herself. Secondly, we had problems with the heating. It never worked properly for my mother, and because of that, we had to interrupt our trip, visit a workshop, and eventually meet you to exchange the van. All of this took time away from our holiday. But the most serious issue was the presence of fleas or mites in the van. We don’t know exactly what kind of infestation it was, but all of us — and especially the children — have been badly bitten. We’re covered in bites, and it’s extremely uncomfortable and concerning. In addition in Go Campers office they told us that the had to pay an extra amount for parkings and tunnels but we already paid most of them.

It was amazing!!! The 24/7 support was awesome and it made getting to and from the airport way less stressful

Via Northbound een Dacia Duster gehuurd van Black Sheep Campers. Ik kon slapen in de auto. Het was een self service huur. Ik heb de auto opgehaald en terug gezet bij de BSI busterminal in Reykjavik. Alles prima geregeld. Ik zou het de volgende keer weer doen!

Both pick-up and return were quite effective. There were no problems with the car, and the communication with Lava car was fast and easy. I would certainly choose them next time as well, because they‘re budget friendly and honest.
