Well, with northbound everything was very pleasant and worked well. Fast and reliable in comments and advice. As for Konvin. There was no one at the airport picking us up. We had to phone, then the gay showed up and picked us up. This spanish guy from Konvin talking with a very strong spanish accent was not always easy to understand. It took us at least 3 hours to pick up the car! Then only in the last minute we realised that our flight was leaving Tuesdays and not Wednesdays. So we drove as fast as possible to the airport. Rang Konvin to give us a help with droping the car directly at the airport. No way, no helping hand. The spanish guy did for us what he could but no chance that someone poped up. We paied the extracosts for the unfilled tank, the parking extracost. Got the info by now, that they picked up our car at the airport. My shoes still in it. So we'll see wether I get them back or not. The car was quite dirty at the drivers place, wett at the place aside. The dishes were not chequed and cleaned before. The car had a problem with the tire preasure, it seamed to be in it's electronic. We were called by the car system to pump up the tires several times. After the second cheque without really showing a trouble at the tire, we ignored it. Northbound and it s service I'll really recommend. Konvin service and cleanlyness needs improvment. We loved our car rental! The van seemed like it was practically brand new and drove great. The interior was comfortable and had all the essentials we needed for our camper van experience.

Way better than expected, I was positively surprised..refreshing. Konvin Car Rental picked us up at the airport as scheduled and then even called us when they missed our call last day of delivery. I asked myself what car rental company calls you back when they miss a call? Not in Puerto Rico, not in the US upper states that I am ware off. Second but not least, NorthBound.is had the best offers online for car rentals in Iceland. Absolutely smooth selection of cars, great insurance options (gravel insurance not typical!) and we where not charged extra upon picking up the car upon arrival at Konvin offices upon airport pick-up. GREAT service, amazing service through NorthBound, suffice to say, this Puerto Rican will rent through NorthBound brand and Konvin Car Rental option again. GREAT selection of affiliated partner guys...EXCELENTE! Gracias.

Thank you we had a good experience. Our vehicle had worn windscreen wipers which was a problem when driving in the rain as it obscured the windscreen on the drivers' side - we informed them when we dropped off the car. Our pick up at the airport was also less than ideal but we understand it is a busy time and the friendliness of the guy who met us helped

Generally the process with Northbound was very smooth, as well as with the rental company, Konvin, however, the Jeep Renegade (hybrid) is far from ideal for Iceland. The tank capacity is very small, and the electric part has a very short range as well, additionally we could not charge it anywhere because the company did not provide us with the adapter for any of the charging stations (including all the charging points in camping sites). To go on an F road we had to buy gasoline canisters, which was not ideal. Other than that, tent and interior were clean and fine.

Great experience Carlos was fantastic right from the pick up. New company means real new vehicles, excellent automatic which usually is not my favorite over standard.

Great campervan! Small but equipped with the essentials. My first time travelling with one and was a memorable trip! I would definitely recommend Konvin Car Rental and Northbound!
