Outstanding!

We had a wonderful experience with Magic Car Rental! They picked us up outside of office hours and were very friendly and helpful in getting started. They provided lots of helpful information on driving in Iceland and what to look out for while on the roads. We had a great time talking with them and thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Iceland! The car was clean and ran great! We have nothing but positive things to say about Magic Car Rental! Will use them again when we return to Iceland!

All went well. There were some misunderstandings with the transfer from airport to car rental office, but all worked out very good afterward.

overall good no pressure selling exra insurance, or arguments over return condition. collection late at airport, and again delay in return to airport, however seems to be lack of staff as the driver was clearly doing his best, and did a rapid return trip to collect us.

Great company. I don't know how I would have fought/disputed my charges with local Iceland company if not for Northbound. Liam at NB was extremely help and patient in understanding the issues and was able to refund some charges and provide detailed explain for the rest of the charges. Definitely very pleased with the experience

It takes a too much time to pick up the car in office. I left the car like they said me in the office, but in office probably forgot their instructions.

Everything was good other than that we had a couple of service-related warning lights come on during the trip. One for slightly low tire pressure and the other for an oil change. This could presumably have been avoided with regular service checks in advance of renting the vehicle. Customer service was very good and everything otherwise went as expected/planned.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed the Suzuki Jimmy rented from Northern Lights. We were also provided with a mobile hotspot so we had very reliable WiFi everywhere we went! Everything from NL was excellent, including the complimentary airport pick up and drop off service. We would definitely rent from NL aga8n!

The service of CampingCars was amazing - can recommend 100%. We had a technical issue on the road and Bogi (from CampingCars) managed to resolve it with lightning speed and to our satisfaction, fixed issue temporarily so that we could continue while he sent another car to meet us on the road and switch. Therefore we lost no time and could stick to the plan. Highly recommend.
