It was perfect!

La experiencia con Nordic Campers ha sido excelente. El trato y las explicaciones de los empleados han sido muy correctas. Además, pudimos contactar con un mecánico a través de Facebook para hacer consultas sobre el uso de la caravana, lo cual, nos vino muy bien. Muy recomendable!

To whom it may concern, We rented a motorhome for the first time. I was amazed by Rafa (the Polish mechanic). He was super friendly and explained us everything. We had some technical questions - he responded within no time. I wish I had such committed employees in my company. - Thanks to Rafa we really had a great time in Iceland!

It was a good way to see Iceland. We really loved the service you guys gave us, and all your help and explanation before hand was very helpful. The Ford was a little tired going uphill, but the heater worked perfectly and we loved the inside. The only issue was our radio, and I forgot to mention it - because it didn't work, which we would've liked it to do. Other than that everything was good.

We booked an campervan at nordic campers. At first we got a too small one which we hadn’t booked. After that we got a bigger one. But we have several complaints! 1. One tier was damaged before we got the van, but your engineer told us it’s fine. After 5 days we weren’t able to continue driving so we had to change it, but the jack was to small so we couldn’t lift up the car and we spend half a day looking for a suitable jack! 2. The water tank was leaking so the mechanic an came and fixed it, but after 5 more days it was leaking again and the whole floor was full of water. 3. When we got the camper, everything was very dirty especially the facilities. There was brown dirt coming out of the shower outflow, the toilets were yellow and it was dirty on the floor. 4. The heater at the front seats isn’t working. We are only able to use the 4 level, which is very annoying especially if you drive a lot like us! 5. The Boiler isn’t working so we hadn’t got any hot water for the last 12 days... 6. Due to the leaking water, one fuse was blown so we had to change it, but there wasn’t a spare one! 7. There is mold in the alcoven which isn’t okay as well!! Sorry for all the complaints, but it costs us minimum 1 1/2 days which we could have used for enjoying our short time on iceland! We payed a lot of money for the campervan and it’s unacceptable that we got a campervan with so many flaws!! Kind Regards John Deike

My wife and I had a wonderfull week on Iceland in W15 - A bit out of season but all seassons have their good sides and the color and nature variates. We had a very good exsperience with the Camper rented from Nordic Campers. The Camper was well equipped and as described, so all exspectations fullfilled. Also the Service provided both before our arrival and during our stay was super. All from pickup in airport, introoduction to the camper as well as a lot of good advises for our stay. All well prepared making the holiday easier as no surprices. Worth to mention is that during our stay some quite high winds hit iceland - Here we got pre information with precattions to take and also links to all relevant weather pages etc. send from Northbound maing it easy to plan our way around the high winds, making it possible for us to reach all the goals we had set from home. Really a good holiday - Just to short, so i believe we will be back another good time to see rest of the beautiful Iceland. Highly recommended Lars and Carla
