Outstanding!

Great experience! There to pick us up at the airport when we arrived and the service was fast and helpful. The car was great for the week and handled well in all weather and conditions. We had no issues with the vehicle and the price was a great deal based on other car rental options at the airport.

Outstanding!

Only positive reviews about our whole car rental experience with Northbound and Northern Lights car rental! They came to pick us up at the airport and dropped us to the airport at the end of our trip. We have been very well welcomed in the middle of the night by the company's employees. The car was in very good condition and offered a GPS as well as a very practical free wifi device that was offering us internet access anywhere we travelled around the island. The whole process went perfectly, from the reservation, to anwering my questions before the trip, to insuring a great tip with our rental car. I would strongly recommend these companies!

The car rental was easy to get and the car was reliable. We had no issues but were very glad we purchased gravel insurance. We had no major complaints

Our car was great, we had a Jimny and it did everything we needed , easily handled a few bumpy roads as well. Having the gps Navman with the car was a huge help also. Thankyou

Fine

The guy was too busy, we have no chance to talk in details for my rental terms. My stop run out battery on 18/10. I rang to man he told me to call taxi to help jump start and promise to pay me back the cost. It was 3000 krona. I don't know to claim back this as the rental guy was so busy.

Hi All Everything went quiet well with the car rantal. Still we have a few things to say. When we arrived at the Airport I had to call your company two times because after 40 minutes we were still standing at the airport and now one piked us up...... After nearly an hour I've got a call that a nother company takes care of us and brings us to the car rental office. The car it self had quiet a lot of damages but still good for driving. Really positiv was the Wireless Internet in the car. As I said, all we neede was a car (4x4). In this case all was fine and we had a nice trip. Thanks and greetings Fabian Boehmer

Outstanding!

The experience was great. We were picked up from the airport on time, set up with a vehicle as quickly as they were able to. We had no issues with the vehicle and loved driving it. Dropping off the rental was easy and we were immediately transported back to the airport. We would definitely rent from Northern Lights again!

Outstanding!

It was fine, no problems, prompt pick up and drop off when they said they would. Only thing I didn't like was that we arrived at 4:30a.m. in the dark and rain and were told to look over the car to make note of any dents and scratches; very hard to do under those conditions without lights and trying to use a cell phone light but at least they had a paper where some of the marks were located. It didn't turn out to be a problem. Would rent again from them.

Excellent

Very pleased with the car. It took us everwhere, in all weather conditions Reliable car. Unfortunately the gps didn't work, so we used our smartphone. Wifi in the car!
