Great experience. We were met at the airport when our plane landed and in our vehicle shortly after.

Fast transfer to and from the airport. You get what you rent.

Great - very efficient and informative check in with Norbert. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and rooftop tent worked really well. Free wi-fi was a brilliant addition, and made the trip so much easier! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Experience with the car was fine. We were very impressed with the provision of a WIFI modem. It may our navigation and communications extremely easy. The service provided by staff was efficient and thoughtful. Will recommend the company to any we know who are going to Iceland.

Everything was great, staff was helpful and answered most questions I had. If I had anything that could be improved on, it would be the use of the fueling stations. And how to use the discount chip, and how to purchase the fuel. I ended up figuring it out on my own, but it would be easier if they explained it better. Or the use of buying the prepaid cards to fuel. But other than that the whole experience was great, as long as you hold onto the doors haha!

I was a little surprised to find you and another company sharing a desk in a small area, but that did not detract from the car and helpfulness of the staff. I declined some insurance that was suggested and the staff member was not overly insistent, which was nice. The car itself was just what we needed, and they told me that they noted pre-existing damage to the car, which was reassuring. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the office when returning the car, but a nearby rental company pointed me in the right direction. When dropping the car off, there were no employees around to help, but the neighbor company's employee helped us into a shuttle and asked if it sustained any new damage. Overall, pretty simple and stress free, as I don't typically ask too many questions or have many needs.

The overall experience was good. BUT your company needs to be more upfront with the holding cost of about USD4000 if the excess reduction is not purchased. Customers need to know to have a credit card with that limit available when renting the car, otherwise it appears to be a scam to force customers to purchase the excesss reduction.

The car was fine. Just as expected. It took us everywhere with the 4X4. Nothing to complain about. Pick up from the airport and drop off also worked just fine. Only customer service can be a little rough, but that’s ok, they have quite a lot of customers and are under time pressure I assume.
