"Pick up at the airport and upon return shuttle bus back was all very smooth and no time wasted. After returning the car I realised I had left power bank and earbuds in the car. I tried calling them from the airport but no one picked up the phone I have also sent them an email but I have not received a reply yet."

"All was good. Initially we had some issues, as first rented car had technical problems. Nevertheless, this was solved by rental company within a couple of hours, and our car was changed to similar one without even small disturbing of our trip (thank you, Mike!). Further trip was flawless. The bottom sleeping place was fine, the upper sleeping bed was bit small. But in overall the interior was well thought out and cosy."

"Simple Car, but it suits to Islands roads very much. If you are two, you don't need more for a nice camping trip. Very economical if you have the Diesel engine. Suspension also good especially if the rads are gravel. Even on road 1 possible."

"I already sent an email: Good morning, I am writing this email to report a few details regarding the vehicle. I noticed that the license plate had already been damaged, as well as the driver’s door (see attached photos). I also noticed that the vehicle is fitted with three summer tires and one winter tire. In addition, after about one hour of driving, the tire pressure warning light came on. At the moment, it does not seem to be anything serious, but rather an issue with the tire pressure that may simply need adjustment. Another issue is that the zipper on the second sleeping bag is missing. Unfortunately, I also noticed too late that the vehicle shown in the booking photos does not match the vehicle we actually received (see attached photos). We will continue with our trip as planned. "I was not very satisfied with my rental.The engine light was on when we picked up the car, and we were told everything was fine and not to worry. On the second day, the oil light came on, and we wasted half a day going to a garage to top up the oil. So, the vehicle wasn't checked before being returned to us, and the container of dirty water hadn't been emptied.The van's equipment was rudimentary .They also forgot to give us the gas canisters for the stove ,the USB port for charging the phone was not functional.and upon return, we were told everything was ok, but today, once I arrived in France, my bank informed me that 4500 isk were debited from my account without my consent. I will no longer rent from them.They are not very honest."

"Bonjour, J'ai eu un bon accueil au départ avec un jeune homme sympatique et compréhensif mais je suis mécontente de l'agent d'accueil au retour qui n'a pas voulu utilisé Google traduction pour qu'on se comprenne. C'est inadmissible quand nos clients sont des étrangers de ne pas se mettre à leur écoute par tous les moyens ! Tout le monde n'est pas obligé de maitriser l'anglais totalement pour voyager. Je regrette d'avoir quitté ce pays magnifique sur une frustration."

"I had problems with credit card stuff the day off the pick up, but that is a me problem. Alerting the next guy to do a little homework, if you are not experienced traveling abroad. Staff was very helpful and willing to wait while I figured it out."
