Very Good

Everything went very well in general. But I missed the plane, because I couldn't find directly the return point for the car and had to buy a new ticket. My strongly recomendation- give every customer a clear rentel car direction explanation.

When i went to pick up the car, they said i had a ticket charge, but it was a mistake from the parking company. The guy didnt give me a chance to talk to the company and fix it up. Just forced me to pay. Now that it's been cancelled they haven't issued me a refund. The car was already dented when i received it, the left door doesn't close properly because of it. The air pressure signal keeps coming on even though i checked the tyres and they're all correct pressure. The windscreen wipers keep getting stuck against each other and hitting the windscreen. Picking up the car was great, good customer service and easy to start.

Outstanding!

I already knew the car model since I have a Suzuki Vitara Yoru 4x4, so it was pretty easy to drive and handle. I appreciate the robustness and stability of the car both on gravel and icy roads when snow-lock mode is activated. Unfortunately, the 12V charger was not working and this represented a limitation during our on-the-road trip. However, we solved the issue by using our power bank.

Fantastic!

Great value for money, easy car to drive. Not the fanciest, but decent power and handling, good fuel economy, and four-wheel drive - what's not to like! Staff at Go Iceland and Northbound made the process go smoothly.
