Ci siamo trovati bene sia per il mezzo che per il servizio. Se posso dare un suggerimento, nella dotazione per cucinare inserirei delle pentole piu grosse. Con quelle che avevamo era difficilissimo cucinare in 2. Aggiungerei dei ganci per appendere qualcosa nel retro del mezzo. Ultima cosa una maniglia o simile per facilitare la chiusura del portellone dall'interno.

We enjoyed our travel and the accommodations. Vehicle was clean bedding smelled fresh and clean. Just the right amount of dishes etc. Staff was pleasant.

We had a supperb time with the Kangoo Maxi Automatic that we rent from Northbound. Nothing was missing and we loved our little tiny house on wheels wich was strong and brought us everywhere.

Excellent

Because I am 183 cm tall, I would have had a problem with the Jimny, but I was immediately given an alternative car, the Dacia Duster, free of charge. That was very customer-friendly. However, this should have been pointed out when booking the car. The pick-up location was not clear to us. It should be better indicated. Otherwise we were very satisfied. My rating refers to the Dacia Duster.

Very Good

Very good car and vehicle quality. No problem with the car at all. Only two things to improve: Drop off took 40 minutes waiting time a the station, as many people with lots of luggage needed to be transported.

The car was showing a lot of wear but for a 2022 we were expecting that, wipers should have been replaced because they were not cleaning the windshield properly. Everything else was great. 👍

I cannot express how grateful I am for the services I received. The driver was already there when I arrived to the airport, the processing to obtain the campervan was quick and efficient. I received a brief explanation of what was available and how to use it, and the van worked like a dream the entire trip. The drop off was great and I have no complaints. Thanks so much for a great experience.
