Thanks to Lotus car rental, because the car had a technical problem during the trip, and Lotus car rental reacted quickly and accordingly: they exchanged the car which had a problem with the oil. And the new car was better and safer and we were able to finish our stay in peace and see the sites we had planned.

In General, everthing was Fine. For 4 large persons enought Space. Only the Trunk was a Little bit small for 4 Bags. It Needs to be stacked. We Had a Hybrid Version, But cable for charching was missing, so we had to use normal fuel.

There was a problem with the tent. When I came back to the Rental the manager solved the problem. We could use another car with rooftent. And we get a discount because of the inconvenience. The problem was solved in a correct way.

Overall, the Kia Ceed was a very good rental car option. For starters, it had a lot of trunk space in the back to hold luggage and other goods. In addition, the car had very good brakes, and handling on the roads. It also had very good technology for a 2021 car.

Helt ok. Drog lite bensin! Bilen drog vid några tillfällen svagt åt höger, ev nåt med Drivknuten eller däck… Händig bil för oss två, bra bagageutrymme. Väldigt hjälpsam tjej från Ukraina, när vi lämnade tillbaka bilen.
