Good

Car was great, service at the desk was good. Issue was being picked up at the airport. From the time I landed it took 1 hour 45 minutes and the shuttle never arrived, so ended up taking a taxi. They would not reimburse me for it in spite of multiple communications with them. The $35 USD or whatever wasn't a big deal, but the waiting and lack of service was unfortunate.

Very Good

Vehicle was great. Lotus rental lot was way to packed on return. Was charged for 2 parking violations, even thought I paid for 1 in the parka app and the other on a different app.

Outstanding!

Loved our trip, rooftop camped for the first time with Northbound. The ‘22 Dacia Duster was perfect. Great fuel economy, enough power for F Roads, and overall a zippy car. All staff were super helpful and nice. Thanks for making our trip so fun and easy.

Excellent service. I had a little issue with the car during the trip itself but the rental company immediately got me to the local mechanic and solved the problem. This is very good because any car can break down at anytime. And you want to make sure your rental company has a solution for the problem. I will be happy to rent from lotus car rental again if I ever get a chance to visit Iceland again
