Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avions pris full assurance pour être tranquil. Le seul hic, c'est que c'est un véhicule hybride. Nous avions des rivières à traverser.De peur de noyer les batteries on a du abandonner 2 points d'intérêt. C'était noté nulle part. Mais ça a été également une petite économie sur l'essence 🤷🏼‍♀️ En dehors de ça, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. Merci et Bravo à toute l'équipe Northbound pour la rapidité de réponse via mail ainsi que l'ouverture 24/24 ❤️ Je recommande à 100%

The vehicle was very clean and ran great for the trip. I highly recommend RAV4 for Iceland and for your home. The car rental company was very easy to work with and offered great services.

Good price and comprehensive insurance coverage for F roads with free WiFi hotspot. However, wait times at the rental agency can be very long (both the rental counters and the shuttle to/from the airport). FYI the Suzuki Vitara looks a lot bigger in the photos than it actually is.

Fantastic!

The KIA Shortage worked well for us. We had 4 adults and multiple pieces of luggage and had plenty of room. It was economical but with the 4WD we had no issues on the many unpaved roads we encountered.

The Jimny 4x4 was the perfect travel vehicle for Iceland. However, as the cage separating the front from the truck does not allow the seats to tilt back, it's not a comfortable vehicle to drive if you're tall. The full insurance package allowed us freedom from anxiety to travel on every road.

The time to wait to get picked up from airport KEF to Lotus Car Rental and back was terrible. longer waiting after a flight or before a flight is always a bad experience. So it was about 25 minutes when we arrived and about 20 minutes when we departed. I could imagine a public bus transport with fix time table would be more convenient. Then the predictability would be more clear.

hello, the only thing we have to criticize, is the orgnisation picking up customers from the airport - we had to make 2 phone calls and lost about 1 hour - even if we have been on holiday i am sure you can make it better 😄
