Our dealings with Lotus were superb in every way. The car (a Kia Sportage) performed perfectly throughout the week and the staff at the airport were quick and efficient at both the beginning and end of our journey. I would happily recommend Lotus to other renters

The general experience was fine... but it was difficult to identify to find you form the airport, your instructions were not clear, the bus driver has never heard about Northbound, you could update the airport information stickers with your company. Thanks for everything. Kind Regards, Daniel

The overall experience with Lotus Car rental was great, much better than the more popular companies I have used in the past. We were given advice and directed to a number of websites to help with our route planning and road safety etc. The collection and drop off process was speedy and straight forward and there was no pressure to buy additional insurance or add ons which I've experienced with other car rental companies. I would use Northbound and Lotus again.

The car was nice and sturdy, the service light was on it but they assured me it was fine, got three medium suitcases in the boot and filled up with approx 11000 króna and we drove for a good 9 hours over 3 days
