Everything went well with the car. The only downside was that when arriving at the rental depot using the shuttle service, our cases fell out of the back of the shuttle van when it was opened, causing some damage. The driver did not acknowledge this or apologise. Luckily I had taken my rucksack with expensive camera equipment out of the luggage compartment to look after myself, otherwise it could have been a big problem.

Our overall experience with the car rental was excellent, everything went smooth and without any complications. The car was in excellent condition, very clean. It could not have been better. We would rent a car with the company again next time.

Great car and perfect match for our purpose with two people on Icelandic roads! Excellent service at Lotus Cars as well. Only issue: the car was quite dirty (interior and exterior) and the shuttle driver didn’t show up without calling.

Very Good

Good service. Pick-up and drop off at the airport was very good organized. Performance of the car (KIA Sportage 4x4) was good. Personal that handle was to lazy to register the small paint damage because de insurance coverage it all. When we hand in the car suddenly questions where ask. Although the employe made clear that their where on consequences it was an unpleasant experience.

Great

The car was in good condition except the tires. They were almost at the end of their life at takeover time. Then one tire went flat. The support to get a new one even on a bank holiday was perfect and very easy to us. Later another tire lost permantly pressure. We told that the service lady at drop of. She did not seam to be interested in that information.
