Outstanding!

Such an amazing little car! We named her Dorothy, Dot for short, and she was such a trooper on the road!! The rooftop tent and equipment made life that much easier while we did the ring road in 7 days. 10/10 recommend!!

The camper was good with no mechanical issues, we drove over 3300km. There were a few faults not picked up on, a sleeping bag zip was broken and the 12v front charger too. Rent.is were ok but very casual to a point of being rude , not sure they enjoy their jobs!

The general experience was great The only complaint would be about pick up from airport - the mail said there would an agent waiting for us at the airport. There were different drivers coming and going and none of them even had a sign with rent.is - i had to make a call and actually get told which shuttle bus was for us

Hi It was great trip having camper van traveling in Iceland The camper I drove was in good condition without much problems and with the utilities and camp table and chair which were extremely useful. Few things that good for improving for better experience : The body of the camper van with visible broken spots but not affecting the safety, but the tyre was quite old that quite worry about on rainy day and charger at the front seat was not in order, the freezer not cold enough, and I think the space of the camper van can be transformed into more flexible compartment multiple use. Thanks

Not even single window curtains in good condition. All the curtains magnets are broken. Could not sleep in night. Booked hotel several nights. Sleeping bag was not that clean either.

The car that was given to us was old, both doors were constantly jammed and it was very annoying. When we stopped at our first stop, it turned out that one of the chairs was broken and impossible to sit on. So we were without a chair the whole trip. Also, the USB charger did not work in the car. When we told this to the rental company, the man who served us, instead of apologizing that they gave us a bad car. He started rudely telling us why we didn't call them on the first day and tell them that our chair was broken. Do we paid a lot of money for this car and it was clearly not worth it!

Outstanding!

I rented the VW Caddy Camper from Rent.is for my 5 day road trip across Iceland. The whole process of the car rental was so smooth. Their representative was present in the airport while we landed, and he drove us to their office. The documentation process was smooth and it hardly took any time. The car was in a pretty good condition and fueled up. Did not have any issues with the car throughout our trip and the drop off process was smooth as well. Highly recommend Rent.is

The engine ran fine, but everything else not so much. It was very difficult to put the rear seat in bed mode, the water tank was leaking, the fridge was leaking, water was coming in through the rear windows, the side door did not close properly, the awning could not be opened, it did not have 220V plugs and those of 12V were broken, the music system was horrible it only had two small speakers in front...
