Good

The camper was fairly old but seems to have been well maintained, with the exception of the heater. Service was busy but generally friendly.

Some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The car was good, very expensive to fill up especially with diesel - you're looking at $150 AUD for a tank. However we weren't guided well on how to use the car, where to camp etc... We were simply told " I don't know" for a lot of things. When paying over $1600 AUD for a car for a mere one week, we'd expect to be treated better. The wifi seldom worked and the child seat didn't lock into place so we had to use our own. I wouldn't recommend this company

Good

I was afraid that fridge won't work (read in other reviews) and it happened to me. You can't check during pickup, as lamp is on, just no cold. Everything else is quite good. The car was relatively old (200k KMs, 7+ years), but condition was OK.

Outstanding!

Our experience with Rent.is is very good. Peter who checked us in was very helpful and even gave us tips on our itinerary. He suggested for us to start on the north side as the weather will not be good on the south. We followed his advice and our trip went well. Pick up and drop off to the airport was smooth. Over all rent.is is recommendable for me. Thank u

Fantastic!

This is a pretty small abode for two people. We made it work but there was some juggling of items everyday to make it work comfortably. I would suggest getting a bigger model, one with doors on both sides of the rear of vehicle so accessing items below the bed is easier.

Good

The Dacia Duster was great to go around the ring road. We slept in the wild using the rooftop tent provided and managed to access difficult spots with the 4WD. Just make sure to check the camping gear such as the cooker before leaving as ours wasn't working.

Outstanding!

I chose you for the prices, but my experience was amazing. The van was clean and had everything needed for a great trip. There was a ton of storage for those of us who maybe overpacked. And the bedding was clean and comfortable to sleep on for a week. The cable would not plug in for us and therefore we were out of electricity for a few nights, but when we called for help, the people were very helpful.
