At first, I was a little worried because it wasn't a major company, but once I used it, it was just as good. The car was new and comfortable. Also, cruise control is essential for driving in Iceland, and the hybrid car was fuel-efficient and comfortable. I would definitely use MYCAR again if I had the chance. P.S. I also found the free Wi-Fi very useful.

Last minute I decided to go from a bnb to a campervan and Northbound had the best prices I could find. As a solo female traveler I found the campervan to be reliable and the customer service to be excellent. I had to change my dates by a day, and was helped out right away. Would book again!

This was a fantastic experience. Easy to find the shuttle and get to the rental place. The car was clean and drove well. No issues. They even got us back to the airport quickly even though our flight was an early one.

It was wonderful to drive on Iceland's stunning roads. The minivan they provided me was safe and reliable, equipped with an extraordinary kitchen set (stove, pots and pans, table and chairs). I also requested two very warm sleeping bags and an extra set of gas canisters, which I needed. A comfortable and adventurous way to tour the island. The NorthBound staff was kind and attentive, explaining all the details of the rental. A truly wonderful experience!

Upon arrival we got a Mazda CX5, which is a similar car to the Hyundai Tucson. We did had some issues with the car. Service was due so we had a service warning light on all the time. We also had to replace the battery in the car key as it on the second day warned for low battery. The GPS needed an upgrade as several roads were wrongly displayed. We did send 2 emails at different times about issues, including one for a crack in the windshield we got during a trip. We had to wait between 12-24 hours for answers on those mails. On the positive note was the pick up and return of the car which was very quick, friendly and effective. We also got free mobile internet which was a great addition. At the end, it took us around to many wonderful places which we are very happy about. If we will be back in the future, we will rent again from you as we were overall satisfied.

The car is very comfortable and the roof luggage was very useful! I really enjoyed my stay in iceland with this car and the rental company was very friendly and customer service oriented!
