Car was in good condition

Everything was good, only, the online check in was a little bit confuse, ar least, for me. Once done, all was great.

We experienced several issues with the car during our trip: A connector was disconnected and got stuck in the car’s fan. Fortunately, we were able to identify where to reconnect it. The engine oil was at the minimum level, so we had to add more. Two warning lights came on during the trip: one for emissions (pollution) and another for the hill-start assist system. Each time we contacted support, but we had to deal with that while traveling. One of the attachments for the tent roof protection was broken. Please ensure this is checked and repaired before the next rental. We feel it is not normal to encounter so many problems within just the first two days. Although we did not experience a complete breakdown (apart from the disconnected connector, which we fixed ourselves), these issues made us lose confidence in the car. We also want to raise a concern about the instructions for the rooftop tent. Since the flight was delayed, we picked up the car using the key in the key box, which was very convenient. However, no instructions for the tent were provided at pick-up. We had to contact support and only then received the video instructions by email. On a positive note, we were satisfied with the pick-up and return process of the car.

It got a Jeep Renegate - car was good but a Hybrid- which I tried to avoid during booking process as milage reach is more limited

The car was generally good, with a few dents on the bodywork, which is normal, as it's a 2020 model and has now clocked over 200,000 km. However, I don't think the car is powerful enough to tackle the hills on some roads.

Fine car for an good price

The company was great - great customer service, efficient, no issues with the vehicle, easy drop off.

Instead of the Hyundai i30, we got a Renault Megane, the same size. This is absolutely fine, the car performed well, without any faults or damage. What I didn't like was that after taking delivery, I was already on the road and noticed that the wiper blades weren't really working and weren't wiping the water off the window, making it difficult to see out. I replaced the driver's side wiper blade at my own expense. The passenger side wiper blade was still torn. I think that since it rains a lot in Iceland, proper visibility is of utmost importance for the driver.
