My experience with Key rental was excellent. Everything went smooth communication-wise. The Car was in very good conditions. Pick -up and drop-off were straight forward. Instructions given were clear.

I loved the Kia Sportage 4x4. Super interior, easy to use technology. Very comfortable, the steering wheel heating is a dream in Iceland. I also thought it was great that it was a diesel model. I explicitly wanted it that way as it meant I had more fuel and didn't have to rely on charging, which would have been difficult anyway as I was staying with private individuals via airbnb.

We were disappointed in our rental, because we had a change our car on the 2nd day due to a faulty exhaust and then tried to change it again as we had another warning light appear. Although the WhatsApp communication was good, it took a lot of time out of holiday to change vehicle and we decided not to travel far one day because of the warning lights apparent on our 2nd car made us very uneasy as we didn’t want to be stranded
