Hello! We had a great time in Iceland! Iceland is such a beautiful country and the people are very friendly. To go by car with a roof tent and 4*4 is a great way to travel and see a lot of the country in ten days. The Dacia we got was nice and clean at the picup. But, there seems to be a problem with the information we have given to Northbound. The information does not reach Key. Like we had to change to an earlier flight to come to Iceland (we changed our arrival on Northbound) and Key did not know about that. Key could not see what was included in our booking. Key was very helpful though. We got everything at last, things like sleeping bags, kitchen box and GPS etc. We had the voucher on paper and could show them the whole list. The rental car was in ok condition. Three times we had some difficulties in starting the car. One time we had to fill up left front tire with air. The tank lid sometimes opened during driving. But, we must say that we could drive for a long distance before we needed to fill it up with more diesel. The dropoff went very well. Over all the service of the staff at Key is perfect. Das Abholen und Zurückbringen des Autos hat reibungslos geklappt. Es hat uns zuverlässig durch den Urlaub begleitet. Das Dachzelt war perfekt, auch bei Regen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Liebe Grüße aus München

We did not get the Suzuki Jimny from the rentplace. We got a Dacia Duster, apparantly from 2024. It was a diesel car. Our general experience with Key Car Rental was good.

Everything went well with the vehicle.

All in all, it went well. Even though the car already has a few kilometers on the clock, there were no problems at all. The entire process with the rental company was very pleasant.

Everything worked out great, the process was smooth, the help, availability and indications from the staff was helpful when picking the car up. Small suggestion: it was a bit confusing, when picking up the car , what company to look for. I was looking for Northbound and at some point understood that KeyCarRental handles the pickup process. A banner with the company might work . Otherwize, great work guys!

We ordered a duster with a 4 PAX tent, turned out they gave us a 2 PAX one. We got refunded a part of the price, as now we could not go camping. Still paid a high amount for what we got in the end. Staff was very nice though.

Great experience with Northbound. Very responsive when I needed some additional information. Would highly recommend if you're looking to rent a car.
