"Overall, I was satisfied with the car rental. However, there was some confusion regarding a prepayment I had made through Northbound. Icerental 4x4 was initially unaware of the payment and tried to charge me the full amount again. Fortunately, the prepayment was eventually taken into account, but the situation was confusing. Customers should check their invoices carefully to avoid being charged twice. Northbound and Ice Rental 4x4 should communicate more closely to avoid this kind of confusion in the future."

"So basically your team couldn’t see the amount we already paid when we booked the car. And to make matters worse the amount was way higher than the amount we had on our voucher. We had to pay 26852isk more than what is written on our voucher. How can anyone explain that? You basically reflected a lower price and then when your on the day you take possession of the car the price is different. I do not recommend your company."
