Booking through Northbound was great! It went through smooth and our rental was perfect! We drove hundreds of miles across Iceland. It took us to waterfalls, craters, thermal rivers, hot springs, the ocean and more! The car was super fuel efficient in great condition, clean and no issues with it! We also got the platinum insurance, I would highly recommend this, it might be a little more but the peace of mind and you also get a portable wifi module. The WiFi is a game changer! You can carry it in your pocket and everyone in your party can connect to it on hikes and adventures everyone can still text and access the WiFi. It will save you a ton of worry about how much international data you are using. You just charge it each day, we used over 25gb with our gps and searching for places to go. All in all I cannot share enough about how good of an experience we had!

We were very happy with the process of reserving our camper through Northbound. And the rental company, Lotus Car Rental was excellent. Service was efficient and the vehicle was clean, and came with the essentials. We had a wonderful time in Iceland.

Apart from late Pick-up upon arrival everything went smooth. The car had all the features I expected for driving in Iceland. Luggage space was sufficient for three travellers for at twelwe drive Road trip. Haning over of the car and shuttle to airport went smooth. All in all a good experience that I can recommend to others😊👍

Excellent thank you. Car was clean, staff were wonderful. Pick up did not show up.

Car was great, service at the desk was good. Issue was being picked up at the airport. From the time I landed it took 1 hour 45 minutes and the shuttle never arrived, so ended up taking a taxi. They would not reimburse me for it in spite of multiple communications with them. The $35 USD or whatever wasn't a big deal, but the waiting and lack of service was unfortunate.

Our van was perfect for our family of 6. Wasn't drive, good gas mileage, comfortable!!

Vehicle was great. Lotus rental lot was way to packed on return. Was charged for 2 parking violations, even thought I paid for 1 in the parka app and the other on a different app.
