We were very happy with the process of reserving our camper through Northbound. And the rental company, Lotus Car Rental was excellent. Service was efficient and the vehicle was clean, and came with the essentials. We had a wonderful time in Iceland.

Excellent
A couple hiccups - this biggest being that the keys were left with hotel reception as FOSS was short staffed and unfortunately the people at reception had no clue and couldn’t find the key. Communication by FOSS was excellent and problem was solved. Communication was excellent throughout and they demonstrated flexibility. I would recommend FOSS again.

Everything was super smooth with our rental car! They were waiting at the airport to pick us up. Took only minutes to pick car up when we arrived at their facility. Then we were off to our first adventure. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic!
Hello, The 4x4 was very good in terms of interior comfort and engine performance. However, the rooftop tent let in rain — there were leaks throughout the tent. Also, the vehicle is quite limited on certain tracks, even though they are listed as accessible in the vehicle description. Apart from that, all the other equipment was great.
