The car was great! It handled well, not too bad on gas and had plenty of room for me and my family. I appreciated that it wasn't a large vehicle so parking it in places was easy.

The car was generally good, with a few dents on the bodywork, which is normal, as it's a 2020 model and has now clocked over 200,000 km. However, I don't think the car is powerful enough to tackle the hills on some roads.

Booking through Northbound was great! It went through smooth and our rental was perfect! We drove hundreds of miles across Iceland. It took us to waterfalls, craters, thermal rivers, hot springs, the ocean and more! The car was super fuel efficient in great condition, clean and no issues with it! We also got the platinum insurance, I would highly recommend this, it might be a little more but the peace of mind and you also get a portable wifi module. The WiFi is a game changer! You can carry it in your pocket and everyone in your party can connect to it on hikes and adventures everyone can still text and access the WiFi. It will save you a ton of worry about how much international data you are using. You just charge it each day, we used over 25gb with our gps and searching for places to go. All in all I cannot share enough about how good of an experience we had!

Great car. he only problem we've had with the car is that it has a tendency to drift slightly to the left and sometimes to move slightly (either to the right or left) without any steering input from the driver. I assume this is because it was used a lot off-road. In any case, it was only noticeable at 90 km/h.

The car drove very nice, no trouble whatsoever. What I would like to add as a remark is damage from previous rentals. If damage cannot be solved before a next client takes the car, there should be a add-on to the rental agreement with a description. This way you do not confront a new client with the stress of maybe getting the blame for old damages. It’s not the responsibility of the client to document everything at arrival.

NorthBound was terrific to deal with, easy to get hold of and very responsive and helpful. They made it easy and the added insurance as part of the rental was a great adder as part of the plan. Truly no issues or concerns. The Konvin rental was good but did have some damage on the left side when we picked it up...did not effect the vehicle but was damaged. CarPlay was sporadic for some reason.

Top service. Pick up and drop offs were seamless. Good car. Everything was effortless.

Everything was seamless! I was picked up at the airport by Konvin and taken to their office, where my car was ready and waiting. The car ran perfectly all week and was ideal for exploring Iceland’s major sights.
