Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Nous avions loué un duster 4x4 sans option. A notre arrivée, on nous a donné une Kia sportage 4x4 avec GPS, boite automatique, sans supplément financier : que du bonheur. Très content de notre expérience avec Lotus car rental. Nous recommandons absolument

We rented dacia duster, a car which was max 1 year old. It was diesel, 4x4 manual. They give us the keys just about minutes afer we came on the airport. So it was really fast, I appreciate it. Everything was great. thank you.

We got upgrade to Kia sportage, the car was excellent.

All went very well. No problems with getting and returning the car. The car performed very well in all conditions (icy and snowy roads). I would advise anybody to get the WiFi module as cellular reception on my (UK) phone wasn't always good. One very minor point of improvement is to update website and docs to more clearly describe where the shuttle bus can be found outside the airport (although help-desk in airport quickly sorted me out).

A very nice car. However with 6 on board we had to put the suitcase on the left hand last row seat, with one of us being pretty crushed beside it. However your staff were superb at Lotus.

The welcomming is good, we didn't wait a long time to take the car. The shuttle which leads you to the agency is free, easy to find, and the trip is very short (less than 5') The car was clean and well equipped. (The air conditioning was a little beat capricious)

At the beginning, everything was perfect, the process was great. but at the delivery day, it became not good. I ordered Subaru Forester, but came a TOYOTA,I think is fine as long as the car is good. The bad thing is about the appointment. The car should deliver at 8 AM,but it came at 10:30 AM. It delayed 2.5 hours . I know the weather was not good in the morning. but it caused us stocked on the road due to the road was closed. We should to go to Vik on that day,but we couldn't make it. We looked for new apartment to stay. The apartment we rented in Vik, we became no show. The host blamed us for short notice. only give us 30% refund. We were so closed to Vik,only 21 km left. So due to the lateness of delivery car, we paid double fee of renting apartment. How bad it is.

Had a fantastic experience the moment i walked into lotus. Service was quick and simple. Straight forward and there was no pressure at all with upselling. If we ever visit Iceland again, would definitely rent under northbound. Thank you!
