Outstanding!

I really enjoyed driving the Kia Sportage on the icy roads. It was a great experience for me especially coming all the way from Australia where we don't get to drive in such conditions. The car was a late model (2018) and was 6 months old. It was well maintained and had all the features of an SUV. Overall, it was a smooth ride which I really enjoyed.

Outstanding!

It was a great experience. Rental location is closed to the airport. The car was almost new, it was amazing, full option and we enjoyed it !!! I recommend Lotus Car Rental. Staff Employees are very kind.

Good

Overall it’s was great but there’s one thing that disturbs us the most - low engine oil. So eventually we had to add the engine oil by ourselves and we find that quite troublesome. So I sincerely hope that every car is checked thoroughly before renting the car to every single customer Thank you

Outstanding!

Lotus car rental a shortaway from the airport. We were given Kia Rio instead, however we have no issue at all. Mike has attended to us, process very fast and he is very friendly. Since the petrol was not full tank, we were allowed to return the car even it is almost empty. We returned the car by 5am and leave the key in the box. We did not wait for the shuttle instead we walk to the terminal. It takes abt 5-10mins. They are many others walk to the terminal like us too. Highly recomended using this site and Lotus Car Rental.

Outstanding!

Excellent experience!! We rented for the week between Christmas and New Years. Our car was great: powerful, clean and easy. Pick-up and Return were equally a breeze. I rented from Avis in Iceland for a similar trip in 2013-14 and the experience at Lotus was easier and faster... I had never heard of them before my trip but will recommend them to anyone!

The car was relatively new and affordable with Iceland hard conditions. Getting the car and giving it back was really easy and location next to the airport is great! Very kind staff.
