This company was very accomodating. Receiving and returning the vehicle was extremely easy. We even upgraded to a larger car midway through our trip and the company was very accomodating and even gave us a better rate. We were very happy and would easily rent from Lotus again

Great experience with Lotus Car rental. I was given a new car despite the fact I've booked a 2017 model. The car rental officers were not pushing for more expensive insurances, just kindly advising them. We still took the Golden plan which increased our initial booking by about 60%, but we also received a discount for the second driver and a wifi device for free. In general really good, transparent communication. Would definitely recommend Lotus.

Lovely car to drive. Exactly what we needed . The rear wheel had a puncture and the car was switched for us with out any inconvenience to us .

Our dealings with Lotus were superb in every way. The car (a Kia Sportage) performed perfectly throughout the week and the staff at the airport were quick and efficient at both the beginning and end of our journey. I would happily recommend Lotus to other renters

The general experience was fine... but it was difficult to identify to find you form the airport, your instructions were not clear, the bus driver has never heard about Northbound, you could update the airport information stickers with your company. Thanks for everything. Kind Regards, Daniel
