The vehicle was as advertised and perfect for the winter weather in Iceland. The pick up ad drop off at the airport was easy and the entire staff was very professional and courteous. It was a very good experience and I will rent from Northbound next time we travel to Iceland.

Good car for heavy snow conditions. Pick up and drop-off were not smooth but it was due to busy time. Overall, very good!! Thank you.

Excellent car which coped well in some very challenging driving conditions. It also had wireless CarPlay which helped with navigation to and from all the tourist destinations.

Very disappointing experience with Go Iceland.
We waited more than 3 hours and half in the airport, we even asked the information desk at the airport to help us contact them but we had to take a taxi to get there. When we reached there they were very rude, never apologized, when asked them to compensate the taxi expense they could have respectfully rejected, however they did not hesitate to be even more rude.
