Pros: friendly people, good 4x4 feature Cons: no Apple car play , car required ADblue and we have to pop the hood and fill it ourselves - we didn’t keep receipt and they would not reimburse us the $45 The steering was sluggish for some reason Overall too expensive for such poor services

Outstanding!

Car was excellent. Had maintenance due light on, customer service helped reassure us safe to drive. Easy to get, even prior to opening hours. Just walked in lobby of rental office and entered data there. Would have liked owners manual for directions on setting speed limit/cruise control. Would use again.

Good

We did not receive the Nissan. We had a Hyundai Santa Fe with plug-in. It was a great car. Everyone fit in very well and it was very economical to drive. it would’ve been nice if this vehicle would’ve come with its own charging cord would be my only negative. Our hotel offered free charging stations which would’ve made it even more affordable to drive The only other negative about the pick up was that I signed a contract that said the gas was at 100% when we began driving it away from lava we realized it was at less than 50%. By that point I had no recourse as we were 50 km away.

Very Good

Everything went very well in general. But I missed the plane, because I couldn't find directly the return point for the car and had to buy a new ticket. My strongly recomendation- give every customer a clear rentel car direction explanation.

Great

The car was fantastic - easy to drive & plenty of features to make driving in Iceland comfortable. The only thing I didn't find a button for was a heated steering wheel but wasn't a deal breaker. The guy who talked me through the rental was rather too quick & was a little overwhelming- needs to slow down - sorry but I didn't get his name. The lady who assisted us on return was fantastic & deleted my phone from the sat nav as I was a little tired from our early start & couldn't sort it. All in all it was a great experience.
