We chose Northboun.is because it offered the best price, overall. We found a company which was reliable and with a truly remarkable customer service. In particular I'd like to stress how supportive they have been in regard of Pickup and Drop-off Service and also the kindness they shown providing us with an extra sleeping bag for free. The Van was very clean and perfect in terms of efficiency.

The overall condition of the car is very good. I have not driven a manual car for years but this car is easy to handle, quite good gas/milage and has enough power to handle the Iceland road condition and fun to drive.

The van and camping gear provided were basic but provided all we needed. It also got good gas mileage (diesel engine). The extra room in the cargo area was great for sitting out of the rain, and I was able to stretch out a bit cross-ways (I'm 2 meters tall). The company Star rental was very efficient in check out and return and provided good service.

It was absolutely as expected, small 4x4 car which was perfect for 2 people and 2 big suitcases. It drove us on every place in Icelandic summer. Usual streets and gravel streets as well. Pick up Service from and to the airport was really comfortable.

Great car to travel Iceland. Everything in the car was new and clean. New sleepingbags, even 2 gascontainers and pitches. 2 Blankets, pillows, cups, pans, container filled with water.... in 1 word: fantastic! Also great service! Next time we will rent here again!

The van was extremely clean, new and easy to drive. There was everything we needed included in the van for camping (although the stove was not particularly effective so we didn't do much cooking on it). Check in/out was extremely efficient and communication beforehand was prompt. We had to change our dates when one of our flights was cancelled and this was immediately sorted for us. We had lovely weather for our trip which we were glad about as there wouldn't be much to store wet kit. If this If this is something you need to factor if you could hire one of their bigger vans. Overall, a great little adventure van for a couple. Thank you!

The Dacia Dokker Camper were a bang for a buck. Everything was good,regretteda bit that we took without the heater. Because condensation formed so the roofs and walls became wet. The only thing i can complain about is the tire pressure were low on the right wheels.

The van was perfect, cozy, quite new, and very clean. It included all the basic things needed for cooking and sleep. Good for two people, but maybe a bit small for three. As well, the fuel consumption was really good. Definitely we will repeat.
