My experience was very positive. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even spent extra time giving us recommendations for food and sightseeing locations. Overall I was very pleased with their service.

My experience was great, they were waiting at the airport for me. Payment and getting on the road went smoothly and quickly and dropping off went smoothly and quickly too. I would definitely rent from them again.

All in all it was okay but they gave us a car which had one fog light broken and said there would be no fog in Winter but in the end there was sometimes and also the window screen had a little crack and I think that could have getting worse eventually. Also there was another insurence which was so expansive and I would have liked If they told us before about it so we could have figured out how necessary it was. Then we also had a car accident because another car drove into ours and I think they did act a bit slow and we had to do so much extra driving because they told us very late they want us to go to a garage.

Car was fantastic, and the Lava team were helpful in getting us going and nice and quick to get us back to the airport on departure. Effortless rental and car was well maintained and clean, had nice new winter tyres on too which gave me peace of mind driving in the snowy conditions!

I must admit I was hesitant at using a company that's not mainstream I.e hertz etc but these guys were fantastic, picked me up from the airport on time did not try and push the worthless extra add on insurance, provided a great car and the price was outstanding. Highly recommended

The Dacia Duster was absolutely great. Exactly as expected. We found it was a perfect choice for winter conditions. We are Canadian and therefore used to driving in winter conditions and we felt very safe. The car was in great condition, service from LavaAuto was perfect. We were picked up and dropped off as expected, with no wait time. We were given a discount card for gas and food which was convenient. We had no bad surprise when the car was returned and payed exactly what we were supposed to. I guess it's a matter of luck, but we had not opted for any additionnal insurance and we didn't need it. If we go back, we'll definitely book with Northbound/Lava again. The price was the best out there, and surprisingly, the service was one of the best I've had in my life. Sometimes you'd expect cheap prices because to come with bad quality or service but in this case, it's cheap price and amazing Customer service. Way to go!

Great service overall, nice website showing the available options, didn't get the Rav4 as it wasn't available, got a Hyundai Tucson, which was great on Iceland's winter roads.

Very good process, great car, would use again

Everything was great. We received a brand new car for a very reasonable price. All formality went very quickly. There were no problems with the car during our journey. Very kind and helpful staff. They have been waiting for us at the airport to pick us up straight to their office and then they drop us off back to airport when we were leaving. I can definitely recommend that company and Dacia Duster
