Hi!
The experience was really great. The process of renting and returning the car was really quick and simple.
My flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and there were still no issues in picking-up the car, even though it was at ~2AM.
As well I liked the transportation from and back to airport.
There is only one slightly negative thing:
At the second day the TPMS warrning light appeared in the dashboard. So I constantly had to monitor the tire pressure the rest of my trip. When I returned the car, I was told that this is a known issue for this car, but it would be great to know these kind of things before the trip. Then I wouldn't be nervous because I would be aware of that problem :)

Car was in good shape and clean. My issue was when we picked up the car it was dark and the person who helped us did not show concern for documenting the dents & scratches. When we returned the car they went over every little ding inch by inch trying to decide what we caused. Luckily the man checking us out was familiar with the car and knew what was there previous to us renting it. If they are going to be this picky upon return they should show the same level of attention at pick up as well. We were not charged for any ding/dents but it was touch & go for a bit.

The car was very comfortable, handled well and was great on fuel. I was also impressed and really appreciated it when you offered us WIFI in exchange for the GPS navigation system which we didn't need. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We might come back in the summer, and if we do, we will rent from you again.

Hello there, the overall service was great. Pick-up on airport was on time, after a short ride (4mins) to office, we signed the papers, get useful info and car was already ready to go... so no problems at all. Thanks for that!

I had a free upgrade of the car (from Vitara to SX), the car was brand new and it work perfectly during the travel. I would totally suggest it to everyone who wants a 4WD car at the right price!

We were upgraded to a Suzuki. The car was great. Heated seats and very spacious. I had to purchase a USB splitter because the front console had a cigarette adapter. There was one USB port in the center console which was not user friendly as far as reaching inside and accessibility. This is NO fault of yours. No problems at all with rental transaction. Great experience.

General experience was good. We did have an inconvenience with returning the car. The electronic payment methods were not working.
Another advise would be to explain more in detail to customers the possible risks (such as forecasted snow storms, the web-page that gives information about the state of the roads, and so forth). I say so because we got trapped in a snow storm that was pronosticated, and we had an accident. It would have been good to get a heads-up from locals who are more aware of the weather and such.

I had a Dacia Duster instead...... it was ok but I missed studs on the tires because I went to the west fjords and the roads are icy and with a lot of snow. I did asked this and told about my destination but they say that studs are given in mid November.
