"The car we received was in poor condition. We got it in the car and saw right away that it needed an oil change, the light was on and the milage was over the distance on the sticker. We started driving away and noticed that while the hood was closed... Read more it was not locked, so we had to pull over and re-close the hood. I would expect this to be done before a car was given to someone to drive away. The back headlight would half pop out when you closed the trunk. The media system would reboot every 10-20 minutes interrupting our sound system, and with that, the google maps directions. It would take about 2 minutes to finish the re-boot and then reconnect. The car would also struggle to go up hills. The staff were very nice and friendly. Check in went very smooth. Other than the wi-fi device we were given took 5-10 minutes to turn on and connect. This was also something that delayed us while on our trip, as it would happen every time the wi-fi had to be turned on which was every morning, or after being out of the car for a few hours. Check out was also okay. Except the shuttle service was very late."
