Simply outstanding! We could not have asked for more. The service we received (before, during and after our trip) was second to none, the vehicle and equipment we rented exceeded our expectations. Everything about our trip to Iceland was perfect and Star rental was certainly part of that experience. This vehicle definitely met our needs. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again should we return to Iceland. Friendly and affordable! Note...if I were to do it again, I would rent a 4 wheel drive that could be taken on the F roads. If would have given us the freedom to see more of this incredible country!

Excellent

All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the campervan was very nice...very easy to drive and we found camping tools already inside very usefull... the only things was very very cold inside during the night and it was August....but I will definitely suggest it!!

Excellent

I rent this car for 15 days, all was ok. The car was brand new. It contained all the camping materials. I had answer to my questions on phone and email . No problem during my Holiday.

Outstanding!

I am very satisfied with this rental company. Everything went well. After arrival, the guy from rental company was already waiting for us and he took us to the office. By picking up our car, it was very clean and prepared for our journey. We had no issues with the car within whole trip (approx. 2400km around the Iceland). After car drop-off they lift us again to the airport. I definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding!

Great experience. Easy to book and make modifications online to add cooler box and location for pickup. Campervan clean comfortable large bed. Would add a coffee press and a coffee mugs for three to the basic supplies. Would use This service again.

Good experience, people are kind and receptive. Pick up at our guesthouse and return at the airport are appreciate. Car was ok, just a little problem with one door.

Excellent

The reception was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel like we were not complete strangers in a foreign country. This was very good. The car was nice and clean, with all the necessary equipment on board. Although after 10 days or so the car started to feel a little small for us. This is our own fault as we did not want to spend more money on a campervan! As for improvements to your service, inform people about a potential deposit that is to be paid if they have an early flight back home! Do this beforehand as it could concern +/- 1000 euros! Also inform people about the camping card should they stay longer than a week, we didn't know and ended up paying +/- 80 euros extra for camping across 2 weeks (240 euros instead of 160 for camping card)! However, all things considered, we were very happy with the service you provided us with and hope your company will know much more success in the future!
