Outstanding!

Better than expected. They waited for us at the airport to pick us up to the rental office. No need to phone call to anyone. Soon after we were ready to start our trip. At the time to drop off the car, the same. Quick and easy, and rapidly the staff drive us back to the airport. About the car, I knew what car I was booking, no complains. The car was already clean and ready for us.

Outstanding!

Our Suzuki Jimny met all expectations. It handled every road and stood up to the wind. Our overall experience with Star Car was also excellent. Everything went smoothly. The driver was already there when we arrived, the car was ready, and for the drop-off, we were even able to drive directly to the terminal. Many thanks, we'd be happy to rent again.

Thank you for the invitation to write a review. I loved the camper van. It was easy to drive, comfortable in everyway and took me to all the sites I wanted to visit in Iceland. I would recommend your service - from meeting at the airport with a smile and reassurance (I was held up at baggage claim as the belt broke down) and patience after an extended wait - to showing me all the details of the van. I returned it full, and again the service to drop me at my Airport Hotel was gracious with a smile. These things leave good memories...I would be happy to recommend to friends and others. Infact I have family from the UK I who want to hire a can and tour Iceland so I will be telling them about you!

Great

The car was clean and in a decent condition. Nevertheless, it had a slight decence to turn left and the front shield cleaner were a little bit „rusty“. It had no negative effect which could not been dealt with.

Excellent

The Dacia Duster was a good car, only superficial damages. It had a lot of space, ideal if you have a lot of luggage. 4x4 is very recommendable in Iceland. There was only one issue: the car displayed sometimes the warning "check ESC", but the warning always disappeared after some time.

Outstanding!

Our rental car was a 4 year old Dacia Duster. The car was very clean and in great condition. We used the car for 2 weeks and it was a reliable mode of transportation for both on and off road conditions.

Outstanding!

The van was as described, and was equipped with everything needed for the trip (gas stove and cylinders, dishes, pots and pans, etc...). We rented sleeping bags and they were clean and very warm. Transfer on time and very fast (the rental is very close to the airport). Highly recommended!

Outstanding!

super-friendly stuff from Star Car Rental, they personally picked us up at the airport immediately without any waiting, also the shuttle back was especially just for us. We booked the platinum package which made a broken tire during the last days because of street conditions super-uncomplicated, the stuff stayed friendly and supportive, no problems at the return. The car was very clean, we also got free and fresh blankets, pillows and gas-bottles, table, chairs and dishes were clean and included. The Webasto-Heating functioned perfectly and kept us warm without any huge loss of fuel / energy. The air-conditioning system was also perfect. We would recommend it 100 ./. and book again every time at Star Car Rental!

Fantastic!

We ended up driving a Nissan NV200. Worked very well, got one with a heater! Which was necessary in mid September as the temperature was quite cool
