Nous avons eu tres vite un problème de demarrage sur le voiture qu'il a fallu changer. Le seconde a fonctionner parfaitement.

Car was OK although not the one booked but a C5 Aircross Hybrid instead.

The Duster was alright. We knew we were renting an older vehicle, being a rental since 2017, but it was apparent that maintenance had not been kept up with on the vehicle. The passenger floorboard carpet was peeled up, there was rattling in the engine compartment when in gear, the car had not been cleaned thoroughly, and there was no windshield washer fluid which was problematic when driving on wet dirt roads. We also ran into another couple that had issues with maintenance on their vehicle, except theirs was a much bigger problem as their brake pads were completely gone and it was metal on metal. The rooftop tent was also very frustrating. The quality of the tent was good and the fabric kept water out and did well in the wind, but a vent on the top had lost a seal and had not been replaced and subsequently the mattress got soaked while we were driving on a very rainy day and we were forced to sleep in the car and then had to put the mattress in the car while we drove for the next two days to dry it out. Northern lights did refund us 2 of our 10 days for the inconvenience of the tent leak, but it's something that I would have expected to not happen. We also ran into another couple that had the same experience, but their vent fell completely out. These see a lot of use and Northern lights should maintain them better.

The car was brand new when we received it and came with all the options we needed. The Mycar team was very attentive and attentive to our needs.

Hello, everything was like agreed or even better. We booked 4 years old Dacia Duster but we got the new one! All procedure went smoothly. We called twice your agency and every time you responded! Great! The only thing that in my opinion need improvement is folowing: on your web site we booked the car, and everywhere was your name - Northbound. But the name of the company who actually rented the car was completely different. We didn't pay attention and on the airport we were looking for the agent with name Northbound....we lost quite time at the airport. Thank you for your support.

Excellent vehicle for two couples traveling together. Comfortable and spacious with adequate room for luggage

Hi, We had a great time in Iceland! The rental company were very friendly and easy to deal with. However when we arrived we were downgraded to a different van, which was so small you couldn’t even open the side door or the back door once it was closed! We weren’t offered any sort of compensation for this and it did make the trip quite difficult. I did mention this to (Lukas?) but he told me it was the same, even when there was a Fiat Doblo Maxi parked right there, which is clearly bigger than a Renault Express. Wouldn’t have minded so much if we were offered some financial compensation, or even an apology! As a result everything was very cramped for the whole trip. Other than that it was fine. Would use again, but wouldn’t be my first choice!

This car was perfect - checkin was so easy (and checkout) they didnt try and rip us off or anything like that. I really thought the whole experience was a 10/10. Perfect car for 4 people with carry-ons plus room for bookbags. Great, smooth, drive - plus Bluetooth, back-up camera, navigation, etc. And great price (not so great on gas - but what is).

Fantastic comfort for both of us. Loved to sleep in the back. Great car, easy to drive. The gas stove was really bad. Took us 45 min to boil 1 litre of water. The self-service pickup and dropoff was okay. Just needed some more specific information on where the key box was hidden. Took us a while to find it. Only one thing to mention... When we arrived at the airport and had to take the shuttlebus, no one would accept the voucher. After talking to the flybus-info, the airport-info and another shuttlebus-service we had to buy a ticket to get to Reykjavik (BSI). Now we paid for KEF -> BSI and BSI -> KEF and need to get some compensation. All in all about 200 €.
