Outstanding!

Vehicles could be better equipped for long journeys in Iceland. A warning light came on on the last day of the trip about low AdBlue, but there was none I could find in the vehicle to top it up. Otherwise, the car and service were perfect.

Good

The vehicle was in good condition when we picked it up. Shortly after the TPMS light came on. I checked the tire pressures to be sure there was no punctures in the tires. I also had to purchase window washer fluid as the vehicle did not have any supplied upon pick up. I found out the next morning while driving in the rain/snow. The MyCar employee did not adjust any pricing for the inconvenience of the TMPS light or reimbursement of the washer fluid as I did not keep the receipt. He made no effort to compromise or apologize about the TMPS.

Outstanding!

It was absolutely great. It was my first time driving a left hand drive vehicle and being on the opposite side of the road. Combined with the unpredictable elements and weather of Iceland made the anticipation of hiring a vehicle slightly worrying. However the automatic 4x4 Kuga was certainly the right option for winter and put any concerns to bed pretty quickly. What a beauty!

I had a very pleasant experience renting from Happy Campers, booked through Northbound. Everything went as smoothly as it could and it was a completely painless procedure. I was definitely impressed with how professional and thorough they were. The van, while a little older and obviously used (though I knowingly chose that), was all that I needed and it got me around the entire ring road in the middle of winter, so I have no complaints. I would recommend either company to anyone.

The car ran very well, suitable for icy roads. the procedure for picking up and returning the vehicle is quick. The only flaw: we were without both front lights and the call center employee was unable to help us despite 5 phone calls, forcing us to travel 150 km in the night without headlights.

Good evening, I would like to point out that the car I picked up was not the KIA SORENTO, but an upgrade of this one: RENAULT TRAFIC. Upgraded at no extra cost and with a final thought. The vehicle was in excellent condition, new and spacious. The customer service is really good: I sent emails to you even before leaving and you always replied to me and in a very quick time. I've never had such fast replies before!!! The car drop off was great and also the shuttle service to and from the airport. Thank you NORTHBOUND, the quality you give to customers is very high!!! Keep up the good work. :)

Outstanding!

We drove about 1500km in a week and this car was absolutely perfect for our needs. Traveling with five people and five large suitcases can be challenging, but we had ample space and loading/unloading was a breeze. The rental process was also incredibly efficient, with quick pick-up and drop-off and friendly, helpful staff. The airport transfer service was a huge bonus. We couldn't have been happier with our rental experience!
