Super véhicule , bonne suspension , idéal pour le passage de gués pas trop profond , trés bonne tenue de route sur les FRoad , trés confortable et idéal pour 4 adultes avec de nombreux bagages. Seul inconvénient le compartiment arrière n'est pas trés étanche et l'eau á tendance á s'accumuler. Des prises USB á l'arriére aurait été idéales pour les recharges de téléphone, mais ce qui est installé est déja top .il dispose d'une prise 220 volts 100 watts dans le mini coffre entre les sièges avant.

Car was brand new- only had 2,000km on it. Was the perfect size for our family's trip around the Ring Road- comfortable and plenty of space for luggage and groceries.

Mit dem Service, dem Auto und Ihrem Personal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen funktionierten einwandfrei. Besonders toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit einen Kaffee bei Ankunft und Abreise zu erhalten. Unterlagen in deutsch wären „das Tüpfelchen auf dem i“ wie wir in Deutschland sagen.

The Suzuki jimmy was a great way to see Iceland. I was able to drive and have peace of mind having an older car that can handle different weather conditions and roads. I was happy to have the option to drive a manual, and have the pop-up tent on the roof that was very comfortable. The sleeping -bag I rented was warm enough for Iceland weather and I slept extremely well. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Car was immaculately clean. Surprised to see it was an automatic as I understood most rentals in Iceland were standards. Staff helped us connect the car WiFi to our phones as we were unable to do that ourselves. The pick up shuttle was late and would be helpful to run more often than once an hour particularly if you are so close to the airport and you know what flight the passengers are on.

It was not clear where to meet the Lava shuttle and we wasted probably 30 minutes being in the wrong spot. Then when we finally found the shuttle we had to wait because it only fits 8 people and there is only one shuttle. Same issue on drop off. Had to wait a long time to get to the airport, almost missed our flight as a result.

Exactly what I needed.

My husband & I had a fabulous time. Our RV had low miles, good tires, and handled beautifully. We explored over 1000 miles in less than two tanks of gas. The camper was clean & spacious and the heater & bed linens kept us toasty. The Wi Fi was an unexpected bonus and the ipad with important apps made our exploring safe & easy. Pick up & drop off from airport was simple and the checkin and checkout took less than an hour each. Only a few mechanical problems- our first night our electric cable had the incorrect adapter & did not work. The camp host loaned us one until a new one was delivered within a few hours. Second, the Pioneer dashboard magnifying display never worked, despite the service dept videoing us on WhatsApp to help troubleshoot the problem. Third, notifications appeared alerting us to faulty water sensors on day 3. Customer service called us back and helped us reset, assuring us it happens often. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

We upgraded and got a 2024 Duster, this was perfect.

Customer Service and overall experience was great. Excellent communication. Car was excellent, just what we needed!

Thank you for the uncomplicated and quickly transaction from the booking, about the pick up at the airport and the Issuance and return of the rental car. The Duster was for us three with our luggage for two weeks really large enough. It was easy to drive and did what he was supposed to.

The car was sufficient for two persons with luggage. Suzuki Jimney was perfect for our trip in Iceland which included also gravel roads. It was a reliable car for our vacation.

The van worked out really great for us. Just an fyi the wind shield wipers need to be changed! Also the diesel exhaust liquid was very low! I did tell the agent about it! Said he would take care of it!

Our trip was fantastic! This vehicle was just what we needed to travel freely while not being too bulky on the road. For lunch, we could prepare our picnics and eat inside in case of bad weather, or take out the table and chairs when the weather was nice. In the evening, we mainly used the sanitary facilities of the campsites and could sleep in the fairly comfortable bunks of the vehicle. Paulius was always very responsive when we had questions, we always felt safe during our tour of Iceland on sometimes very isolated roads. All this allowed us to make the most of our trip: landscapes, birds, hikes, museums, meetings... Iceland is a superb country that we did not know yet. We may come back in winter for the northern lights!

The reserved car (above) was not going to be available and the staff called weeks in advance of our arrival to offer an upgraded vehicle at the same cost. The vehicle we got on arrival was very comfortable and met our needs. The check in and return process was efficient.

Down to earth family run business, value you for money, a good reliable vehicle for Iceland's road conditions. I'm 6ft 4in tall and i knew the bed would be long enough for me to sleep in. Plenty of room for 2 backpacks & food storage under the bed. If you have any question they reply quickly.

Good car, easy to ride. The reservation and prepayment on Northbound was made with an American Express, but MyCar does not accept Amex for the remaining amount that needs to be paid at location., this is very inconvenient. The pickup from the airport is once per hour at 20 past. If I am the only one to be picked up and arrive at 18.05, it is a bit strange that I have to wait until 19.20 for the next shuttle. I took some food while waiting for the driver but had to run after her. She was early (at around 19h, which was good) but did not look intensively for me, neither did she call. It looked like she was just going to leave without me. The drop off was also not very smooth. They made clear that the shuttle to the airport leaves on top of every hour. We discussed that I would hand in the car before 6am to take the shuttle at 6am. Car was dropped of and paperwork was done 6.05, with a shuttle just about to leave for another couple. I needed to wait and could not join. When the next shuttle came 30 min later and took 2 people, I had to invite myself again to go along. The shuttle service and timing does not make sense and could be better. Their instruction email also states that they have a desk at the airport for information, which is not the case.
