Outstanding!

It was a solid an reliable car. On the long roads of Iceland I sometimes missed a cruise control (speed fixation). An air pressure warning lamp lighted up though air pressure was ok. While sleeping in the car with windows opened (only 2 mm) for air circulation, it rained inside. Maybe there is some protection strip to clamp into the window, wich you could add to the accessories. But these were no real problems. A very friendly service made me sure that I could always phone in case of emergency.

The car was perfect, there was enough place for the four passengers and the luggage. We were able to drive in comfort many kilometers on all types of road.

Good

They could not provide us a Jeep but instead a Mitsubishi Cross. The vehicle met our needs so there was no issue. The vehicle was not ready when we arrived so we had to a bit but was not much of a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rental went smoothly. Would recommend to others and will return to rent with Northbound in the future.
